• Account information: name, email address, and organization details you provide when signing up.
• If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.
• Property, tenant, lease, and financial data that you or your organization enter into Propcuro.
• Payment and subscription information processed through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data such as log-in times and actions taken within the app, used for security and product improvement.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Propcuro service.
• To authenticate your account and secure access to your organization's data.
• To send transactional communications (e.g. payment reminders, lease notices) on your behalf to your tenants, as configured by you.
• To process subscription billing.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Google user data

If you choose to sign in with Google, Propcuro requests only your basic profile information (name, email address, profile photo) to create and authenticate your account. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google service data. This use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate Propcuro (e.g. our database, payment, and email providers), each under an obligation to protect your data, or when required by law.

Data retention

We retain account and organization data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
