Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Propcuro, a property management software service operated by Magnate360 Systems ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Propcuro, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Each organization's admin is responsible for the staff members they invite.
2. Subscriptions and trials
Propcuro is offered on a subscription basis. New organizations begin with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service; accounts without a payment method on file are automatically canceled at trial end. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of the property, tenant, lease, and financial data you enter into Propcuro ("Customer Data"). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the Customer Data you submit, including ensuring you have the right to store and process any tenant or third-party information. We process Customer Data only to provide the service to you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Propcuro, including but not limited to: attempting to access other organizations' data, interfering with the service's operation, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep Propcuro available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
6. Termination
You may stop using Propcuro and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have significantly overdue payment.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Propcuro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Propcuro after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
